Day 16 – FOTS 2015

“And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins,”
Ephesians 2:1

“Even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,”
Ephesians 2:5-6

Today, see yourself as a resurrected being. Think and act as though you have a new life. Do not make negative judgements based on the past of the crucified self. Bury the beliefs about your dead self in the watery grave of your baptism in Christ. Today as you declare this, I believe you will experience what it means to be a new creation. Now speak to your soul and body:

Soul and body, I introduce you to your new resurrected self. You have a new day and fresh beginning.

As a new creation, I look to my heavenly Father to determine who and what I am. I determine my potential by what my Father does. The past of my dead self will no longer influence me.

I am made in the image of my Father. It is in my nature to live righteously, love fervently, and shine with the glory of God.

Soul and body, you have been transplanted into a new life. The old beliefs and feelings no longer apply. From now on, I am the beloved child of a King. I am blessed and highly favored. I am being raised by a loving Father and have a perfect Brother, who watches over me and helps me.

In this new life I trust my Father and Brother. They know I am new to this life of the Spirit. They will not only help me but compensate for my lack of understanding as they teach me how the Spirit and spirit realm functions. I am confident in my success and ability to release the Spirit within me. I cannot fail for God is with me. His mercies are new every morning. Therefore, today is a new day and full of potential. I am excited and full of hope for this new day.

Blessings on your journey,
