“Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind” (2 Timothy 1:7).
There are at least 365 “fear not” verses in the Bible. Every day we have the opportunity to reject fear and stir up what we have within us: power, love, and a sound mind. Declarations are one way to stir these up:
I am strong and powerful in Christ, and I courageously release supernatural breakthrough wherever I go.
I am incredibly loving, and my love is changing the lives around me and influencing nations.
I have a sound mind, therefore I walk in peace, decisiveness, wisdom, and hope.
Here are more verses to read (out loud if you are able to) that will stir up courage and victory.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
