Why Faith Makes A Difference

Why Faith Makes A Difference

The book of Mark reveals the power of faith in the individuals life. Here are some great examples of this:

“When Jesus saw their faith, He (forgave and healed).” Mark 2:5

“Daughter, your faith has made you well.” Mark 5:34

“If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.” Mark 9:23

“Go your way, your faith has made you well.” Mark 10:52

“Have faith in God… whoever says to this mountain, ‘be removed’… and does not doubt… but believes… he will have whatever he says… whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.” Mark 11:22-24

God’s full salvation is released by faith. It is also restricted by unbelief (see Mark 6 where Jesus was limited by a lack of faith in Nazareth, and look also at Mark 4:40; 9:19).

A major turning point in the Christian life is this: having the belief that our faith makes a difference in what we and our descendants experience in health, prosperity, mental clarity, ministry effectiveness, longevity of life, blessings, and protection; and believing that our unbelief will restrict the flow of these kingdom benefits. Surely these thoughts must be understood in cooperation with other important truths; but we must believe our faith (or our unbelief) makes a difference, or we will live far below God’s highest will for our lives.

  • Like Abraham, I am strengthened in faith daily.
  • Kingdom advancement and kingdom benefits are increasingly being released in my life because of my faith.
  • I am a difference maker for everyone in my life; both now and after I leave planet earth.
