Steve & Wendy Backlund

Steve and Wendy Backlund are encouragers, revivalist teachers, hope igniters and joy activators based in Redding, CA. They travel extensively throughout the world to encourage and empower individuals, churches, leaders, and organizations in victorious mindsets and revival culture. They have a unique anointing to release revelation as speakers and authors. Steve and Wendy are passionate about setting people free from their past and empowering them to walk in the fullness of their spirit identity in Christ. They have both authored books, including Victorious Emotions and Living from the Unseen by Wendy, and The Culture of Empowerment, Declarations, and Igniting Faith in 40 Days by Steve Backlund. They have three children and seven grandchildren.

Steve Backlund is an encourager, leader developer, joy activist, and a revivalist teacher. He travels extensively throughout the world encouraging churches, leaders, and organizations into catalytic levels of hope. Steve and his wife Wendy were senior pastors for seventeen years and now reside in Redding, CA. Steve is the associate director of Bethel Leaders Network, and together with his wife is the founder of Igniting Hope Ministries. He has authored numerous books including Declarations, Igniting Faith in 40 Days, The Culture of Empowerment and Fully Convinced.

Wendy Backlund is a revelatory author and speaker who lives with her husband, Steve, in California. Wendy has a passion for setting Christians free from their past, and empowering them to walk in the fullness of their spirit identity in Christ. She is the author of Living from the Unseen, Victorious Emotions, and more. Wendy has a fervent dream to release hope and revelation of the renewed mind, leading the Body of Christ into life-changing encounters with God.
